Mark and I met in August 2001 and began dating. We became engaged in December 2001 and formalized that commitment, first through becoming domestic partners under California law, then in a religious commitment at our church, St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Santa Clara on June 22, 2002.

Mark is a senior electrical engineer, an accomplished cook and loves to putter around the house.

We honeymooned in Europe in the summer of 2002 (website in progress) and are currently making our home in San Jose, California.

We were married in a civil ceremony in British Columbia in August 2004.
